At Denik, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible home decor and furniture items. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your prepared parcel to any authorized carrier drop-off location; ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
